Betty J. Fox, Co-Founder, Tailored and Tied to Succeed, Inc. ® serves as a Chief Development & Strategy Officer. She is a seasoned non-profit executive with over 30 years’ experience and has a B.A. in business from Murray State University along with her MBA from Bellarmine University.
Betty considers Tailored and Tied to Succeeds mission of helping disadvantaged men from all walks of life gain economic and social equality part of her life’s work. The work of Tailored and Tied to Succeed will address mentoring and life-skills to help men in poverty become stronger contributors to their families and communities. The men in the program will be provided business and workforce attire while enhancing their employability and improving their work skills.
Prior to Tailored and Tied to Succeed, Betty led several non-profits and operated a small consulting firm alongside her sisters. Among her professional activities and relationships, Betty is a member of the board of directors of Family Health Center, West Louisville Chamber of Commerce and works closely with partner agencies that are leaders in workforce development. She served on the Kentucky Derby Festival, NAACP, Family Place and Kentuckiana Girl Scouts board of directors.
Betty’s vision is to restore consciousness, change attitudes and build confidence in men experiencing social degradation. “Choice, not Chance, Determines Destiny” and through the mission of Tailored and Tied to Succeed she will help men make the right choices so they can fulfill their destiny.
